This policy explains what information Tidy Ledger ("we") handles when you visit https://tidyledger.pages.dev.
What we collect
- Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies or local storage and does not build visitor profiles. It gives us aggregate statistics such as page views, referring sites and approximate country.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.
We do not run ads, sell personal data, or ask you to create an account. Our free spreadsheet downloads without an email address.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
When you click an affiliate link, you leave our site. The affiliate network (for example Awin or CJ) and the merchant may set cookies or use similar technology to record that you came from us, so they can pay a commission. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing. We receive reports of clicks and sales, not your personal details.
Legal bases (UK/EU visitors)
We process analytics and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting a website, and email correspondence to respond to your request.
Retention
We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Aggregate analytics are retained by Cloudflare according to its policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us at hello@example.com and we'll respond within the legally required time.
Children
This site is intended for adults running businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes.
